Take ever increasing risks

One of the key things in meeting women and improving your life in general is to take risks. You aren't going to grow by sitting still.

You have to kill the perfectionist inside you. Perfectionism doesn't exist and girls don't expect us to be perfect. We are human, that is all.

So, when you see a woman you like - you HAVE to take a risk.

You have to shut off the inner chatter that is telling you not to do it

Get used to taking ever increasing risks.

For example, you might start by complimenting a girl on her smile as she is working - nothing more, you are just spreading happiness.

Next, you might compliment a stranger in the street. No big thing. It's just what you do.

Later that evening, you may do the same to a girl sitting a bar and carry on the conversation.

Life is about taking ever more increasing risks and it doesn't mean you have to start big, but you need to start somewhere.

Don't expect life to be a straight line graph at 45 degrees up to the top, success.

That is not how success happens in life.

Success happens through battling through the hellish times, as Churchill said "When you arrive in hell, keep going." This is utterly true. Do not bathe in your own misery, focus on a daily goal and moving forward. In a years time your life will have changed incomparably and in three years time you are going to be living a beautiful state.

Expect there to be fireworks, slipping backwards, not understanding everything, misfortune, bad luck, wrong timings, mistakes and for you to be furious at times.

None of this matters if you continue believing in yourself and using a daily action to get you through day to move forward and be your bigger self.

You are capable, just believe and move forward.
